During these uncertain times, we'd like to give you some reassurance about ordering from our website and our adapted delivery and returns services.


Yes! Our staff are staying at home where possible and our warehouse is running with a skeleton staff rota. Deliveries are running as normal, now with contactless delivery for extra safety.


We know you may need a little longer to make any returns during this time. We have increased our Returns window to 60 days. Our standard returns policy rules still apply, but we hope this will make life a little bit easier.


Q: Do Lunar make half sizes?
A: No, our sizes run from a UK size 3 (EU 36) to UK size 8 (EU 41) with no half sizes. Our size conversion is as follows: 36/3, 37/4, 38/5, 39/6, 40/7, 41/8.

Q: Why do I need to create an account?
A: Having an account means that you can view your order history as well as order more quickly and easily next time. It also allows us to take your contact details in case we need to contact you about your order.

Q: Do you have a shop at your Head Office?
A: No, we have a showroom for trade customers only.

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: You can return your items by post to our Lunar House address and receive a refund within 28 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in their original condition, and you must have your receipt and/or delivery documents as proof of purchase. Please note that shoes purchased online from our own site can only be returned to Lunar House and will not be accepted at any retail outlet.

Q: How long will it take for you to refund me?
A: We will process your refund once we have received your items. Please allow at least 14 days for the payment to be credited back to your account. 

Q: What currencies does this website accept?
A: We accept payments in GBP only.

Q: I have a problem but did not buy my Lunar Shoes from your website, can you help?
We regret that we can only help customers who have purchased their shoes directly from this website and have a valid proof of purchase. If you have an issue with your shoes, but purchased them from an independent retailer, your contract is with the retailer. Please contact them directly and they will deal with your issue, not or GRS Footwear.

We are delighted that we are now able to offer Worldwide shipping to many Countries. Delivery can take 4-7 working days, but due to our shipping volumes we can now offer incredible delivery charges:

Any customs or import duties that arise when a parcel reaches a destination country must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.  We accept no responsibility or liability for these charges.  We have no way of knowing what the charges are from country to country so cannot offer any advice on this.  We suggest to contact your local customs office prior to placing an order with us.

We deliver your order right away on week days (excluding Bank Holidays). We will normally send your order to you in 24-48 hours for UK deliveries. International orders are generally received in 4 - 7 working days. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
