The Daphne has been designed using the same foot bed as our ongoing style the Denton, a popular wedged sandal for evenings out with the ladies for a few cocktails or a nice sit down meal or a night with the other half for a meal and the cinema or theatre. A wedge for every occasion and in an array of colours, the wedge offers support while having just the right amount of height. 

OUTFIT IDEAS:

Daphne is ideally paired with a skirt or dress for bare legs or tights they can be used for both. Or a jumpsuit this is always the safe option with matching bag. The metallic Gold or Silver are always good colours to match with the earthly tones of Camel, Beige, Mocha or Charcoal Grey or warmer colours of Peach or Gold.

At Lunar shoes our aim is to make the returns process as easy and as simple as possible. In your delivery you will receive a pre-printed label from the Royal Mail. You don't need to add any postage charge to this, simply package your shoes securely and take them to your nearest Post Office.

Get a proof of postage & they will send the shoes back to us.

Lunar shoes offer a generous 28 day returns policy where any orders can be returned to us, for whatever reason, for a full refund or size exchange as long as the item is returned in its original, unworn condition.

As soon as the shoes come back we will either issue a refund for the goods (less a £2.50 returns postage charge) or send a replacement - This applies to the UK only.

REQUESTING A REFUND:

If you require a refund, please note this inside your parcel. We will issue a refund, minus a £2.50 charge for using our pre-paid postage label. Unfortunately any original postage costs cannot be refunded.

REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE

If you require an exchange, please use the form supplied to outline exactly what you would like. We will send the replacement as soon as possible. Return of the parcel is free if you use our pre-paid label. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your exchange, we will refund your shoes within 7 days.

Your refund will be paid within 30 days. Please allow 14 days for items to arrive back at returns.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceable of the remainder.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We have a collection point set up in Miami FL to handle returns in the United states. This address will be printed at the bottom of your order invoice for your convenience. You will be responsible for 100% of the cost in returning the shoes to this collection point - we suggest you use a signed for service. We will then pay the cost of bringing the shoes back to the UK for a refund. Please allow 28 days for this process to complete.

Returning goods from any other international country will need to be sent back to our offices. This address will be printed on your order invoice. You will also need to cover 100% the costs of the return parcel.

Please note that we do not refund the original delivery charge and cannot send replacement items out free of another delivery charge.
