The Remi has been created to match with the Josie, Janice, Madalyn II and the Lisa pump each item is made from Faux Suede and is part of the Elegance Collection. The Remi is a smart and sophisticated heel that can work well with any style of dress sense, the small block heel is a keen feature this season as we have listened to customers and stockists and can see that the Remi would be a hit with a smaller more supportive block heel and a padded insole. Also matching with the gold piping on the brooch on the front of the shoe, is the inner of this brooch the middle of the item is made from the same material from the upper of the shoe and colour matches also which people tend to like on their footwear...
Remi can be used in many different ways to complete an outfit. Why not pair the burgundy heels with a mustard colored pleated midi skirt and a burgundy shirt tucked in with a peter pan collar to finish the outfit. You can then pair a small black or mustard leather satchel bag with a black wool wrap around coat. All colours can be paired with paired with dark rustic tones or nudes and light colouring. For the black heels why not try a peach coloured jump suit and for the navy heel try something chic, casual and elegant, like tapered powdered blue trousers and a white sleeveless shirt. Try the front of your shirt tucked slightly into the tops of the trousers and let the back hang loosely, try silver bangles and a long fine chain tear drop necklace...
We deliver your order right away on week days (excluding Bank Holidays). We will normally send your order to you in 24-48 hours for UK deliveries. International orders are generally received in 4 - 7 working days. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem.
Our extended Christmas returns policy is valid from 1st November 2017. This means that you can now return online purchases up until 26 January 2018, NORMAL EXCLUSIONS APPLY.
FREE EXCHANGES & EASY RETURNS - UK ONLY
At Lunar shoes our aim is to make the returns process as easy and as simple as possible. In your delivery you will receive a pre-printed label from the Royal Mail. You don't need to add any postage charge to this, simply package your shoes securely and take them to your nearest Post Office.
Get a proof of postage & they will send the shoes back to us.
Lunar shoes offer a generous 28 day returns policy where any orders can be returned to us, for whatever reason, for a full refund or size exchange as long is the item is returned in its original, unworn condition. Items bought from 1st November 2017, can be returned for a full credit or exchange (minus postage charge) up until 20th January 2018. This will allow any items bought as Christmas gifts to be exchanged or refunded if they are not suitable for whatever reason.
As soon as the shoes come back we will either issue a refund for the goods (less a £2.50 returns postage charge) or send a replacement - This applies to the UK only.
REQUESTING A REFUND:
If you require a refund, please note this inside your parcel. We will issue a refund, minus a £2.50 charge for using our pre-paid postage label.
REQUESTING AN EXCHANGE
If you require an exchange, please use the form supplied to outline exactly what you would like. We will send the replacement as soon as possible. Return of the parcel is free if you use our pre-paid label. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your exchange, we will refund your shoes within 7 days.

Your refund will be paid within 30 days. Please allow 14 days for items to arrive back at returns.
None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceable of the remainder.
We have a collection point set up in each International Country to handle returns. You will be responsible for 100% of the cost in returning the shoes to this collection point in your own Country - we suggest you use a signed for service. We will then pay the cost of bringing the shoes back to the UK for a refund. Please allow 28 days for this process to complete.
