Are Lunar Shoes true to size?
Our shoes are generally designed to fit true to UK sizing. If you are between sizes, we usually recommend choosing the larger size. If you’re unsure, please refer to the size guide on the product page.
Do Lunar make half sizes?
No, our sizes run from a UK size 3 (EU 36) to UK size 9 (EU 42) with no half sizes.
Size conversion: 36/3, 37/4, 38/5, 39/6, 40/7, 41/8, 42/9.
Are Lunar Shoes wide fit?
Most Lunar Shoes are designed to fit a standard UK width, with a small selection of styles available in a wider fit. As fit can vary by design and materials, please check the product description for specific guidance.
Why do I need to create an account?

Do you have a shop at your Head Office?
No, we have a showroom for trade customers only.
What is your returns policy?
You can return items purchased from our website by post to our Lunar House address within 120 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Items bought from our website cannot be returned to retail outlets.
How long will it take for you to refund me?
Refunds are processed once your return has been received. Please allow up to 14 days for the payment to be credited back to your account.
What should I do if my shoes are faulty?
If you believe your shoes are faulty, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review this and advise on next steps.
I have a problem, but I didn’t buy from your website - can you help?
We can only assist customers who purchased directly from our website and have valid proof of purchase. If your shoes were bought from an independent retailer, please contact them directly, as your contract is with the retailer.
