Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Lunar Shoes Online. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return most items within 28 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include your proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at customerservices@lunarshoesonline.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before sending items back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you've received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: insoles (for hygiene reasons, if opened), gift vouchers, and items marked as final sale.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
