Returns Policy
120-Day Returns Window
At Lunar Shoes, we offer a generous 120-day returns period from the date you receive your order.
You may return items for a refund or size exchange, for any reason, provided they are returned in their original, unworn condition.
This condition applies to our goodwill returns policy and does not affect your statutory rights where items are faulty or not as described.
Shoes must:

be unmarked, undamaged and clean

be tried on indoors only (on clean or carpeted floors)

be returned in the original shoebox with all original tags intact
Please do not attach labels directly to the shoebox or damage it, as this may result in a deduction from your refund.
Your Statutory Rights
Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving goods and return them for a refund.
You also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Our 120-day returns policy is offered in addition to — and does not limit — these legal rights.
UK Returns
A pre-paid Royal Mail returns label is included in your parcel.
Please package your shoes securely, include your paperwork if possible, and obtain proof of postage.
Refunds (UK)
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

A £2.50 deduction will be applied when using our pre-paid label for change-of-mind returns

This deduction does not apply to faulty or incorrect items

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
Exchanges (UK)
Size exchanges are free of charge, including re-delivery (subject to availability).
If we cannot fulfil your exchange, a refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return postage and must use a tracked service.
International orders cannot be exchanged and must be returned for a refund.
Refund Timescales
We aim to process refunds within 7 days of receiving your return.
In line with UK law, refunds will be completed within 14 days. In exceptional circumstances, please allow up to 28 days.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact Customer Services on cs@lunarshoesonline.co.uk or on 01670 713344.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return postage.
Third-Party Purchases
We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from www.lunarshoesonline.co.uk.
For items bought elsewhere, please contact the original retailer.
