Multi-Purpose Brush

The simple, effective way to clean and revive nubuck and suede footwear.

The Grisport Multi-Purpose Brush is specially designed to care for the textured leather used across many Grisport walking shoes and boots. Its four different cleaning surfaces help remove dried mud, clean awkward areas and restore the natural nap of nubuck and suede.

Unlike smooth leather, nubuck should not be treated with conventional wax or heavy cream, as these can darken the leather and permanently alter its soft, textured appearance. Regular gentle brushing helps keep the surface clean, smart and performing at its best.

How to use:

1. Allow wet or muddy footwear to dry naturally at room temperature. Never place it on a radiator or beside direct heat.

2. Gently remove loose, dried mud using the moulded rubber teeth. Avoid pressing excessively hard or scrubbing aggressively.

3. Use the shaped rubber edges to clean around seams, welts and other difficult-to-reach areas.

4. Brush the nylon bristles gently and evenly across the leather to remove remaining surface dirt and revive the nap.

5. For stubborn marks, use a specialist suede and nubuck cleaner, following its instructions. Allow the footwear to dry naturally before brushing again.

6. Once clean and completely dry, apply Grisport Protector Spray to help repel water, oil and future staining.

Always test the brush and any cleaning product on a small, inconspicuous area first. Never use ordinary polish, leather wax or heavy conditioning cream on nubuck or suede.
